Voices of the Future

The Intergenerational program, Voices of the Future, is designed to help bridge the gap between older adults and youth by enriching participants' lives and helping address vital social and community issues building on the positive resources that young and older adults have to offer each other while residing in either the same household or community. Our mission is to provide skills and basic workshops to the youth to help them not only navigate the system while transition into older age but also highlight the importance of coexisting with your elders regardless of if they are related.

Details:

  • Meet Time: Every Monday at the Avondale Business Center 5pm-7pm Light dinner and refreshment provided.

  • School and Juvenile Court Community Services hours offered

  • Chess Club, CPR Certification, Narcan training, Intervention and Prevention, Tutoring and more.

  • Accepts ages 8-18yrs old

  • Must reside in Hamilton or Butler County
